Over 16 years ago Pauline went to our local vet at Kurri with another rescue for desexing and they asked me if she would take on a Border Collie X pup that was looking for a home as he was too energetic for the previous owners…… the rest is now sadly history but what a life he had!
Just letting everyone know, Ty passed away 11 February. Ty was 16 and a half.
Ty successfully completed fifteen half marathons and six full marathons. Ty, we understand, is the only K9 in the world to have ever ran the marathon.
Ty is sadly missed. It’s a huge loss for us. We just miss her terribly.
