At German Shepherd Rescue New South Wales we wholeheartedly embrace our responsibility to care for dogs in need. While some of our rescues arrive with proper care, many others require extensive medical or behavioural attention.
Unfortunately, our Adoption Fees alone cannot cover the costs of providing such comprehensive care. That is why we rely on your generous support.
We are a registered charity, and all donations over $2 are tax deductible.
As a testament to our commitment, we have earned the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) Tick of Charity Registration, ensuring accountability and transparency in all our endeavours.
Recycle Bottles and Cans via Return and Earn App in NSW
German Shepherd Rescue are a registered charity that can receive donations via Return and Earn.
So, if you are in NSW and have a few spare cans or bottles and would like to help us raise funds and help the planet at the same time you can by simply recycling drink containers in New South Wales!
You can now donate your 10c refund(s) to German Shepherd Rescue New South Wales from any Return and Earn machines located near you using the Return and Earn app.
It’s easy as 1,2,3:
1- Download the Return and Earn app (available from your App store or Google Play store)
1- Download the Return and Earn app (available from your App store or Google Play store)
2- Look us up under the “Charities” menu and press “Set as payout”
3- Scan the app, return containers and press “TRANSFER” on the Reverse Vending Machine screen when finished!
100% of the refunds will be transferred to German Shepherd Rescue New South Wales.

$99 for a C5 vaccination
$275 to desex a dog
$700 per week to train a dog
100% of funds received will be spent on the care and rehoming of German Shepherds.
